Required Elements for a Formal Notice
To submit a legally valid takedown request, please email our designated agent at desk@authoritydirectory.org with the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed, including registration numbers if applicable.
- The exact URL on our domain or Blogger blog where the infringing link or description appears.
- Your full legal name, company or organization, physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
