By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the Authority Directory Network, our GitHub Pages hubs, or our syndicated Blogger Authority blogs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Directory Services Description

The Authority Directory Network operates solely as an independent, curated indexing service. We organize public invitation links, statistical metadata, and descriptive summaries for third-party online communication groups, discussion servers, and public educational resources. We do not own, control, administer, or employ the moderators or administrators of any listed external community.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our directory services exclusively for lawful personal or professional purposes. You shall not:

Deploy automated scrapers, bots, or distributed crawlers to aggressively harvest invite URLs in a manner that degrades network performance or attempts to bypass rate limits.
Submit fraudulent, deceptive, malicious, or abusive group invite links through our submission portal.
Misrepresent an affiliation with our editorial network or claim that your community is officially sponsored by us.
Use our platform to promote malware, phishing, unauthorized financial solicitation, or hate speech.

3. Third-Party Content & Group Conduct Disclaimer

When you click an invite link and join a third-party group (such as a Telegram channel, WhatsApp chat, or Discord server), you interact with third-party individuals in an unmonitored external environment. We exercise no editorial control over real-time user messages, files, advice, opinions, or transactions conducted within external communities. You assume 100% of the risk associated with joining and interacting with third-party groups.

4. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All directory curation frameworks, statistical scoring matrices, page layouts, and custom theme code are the intellectual property of the Authority Directory Network. Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, Meta, and Google are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Mention of these platforms is strictly for descriptive identification purposes under nominative fair use doctrine.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no legal theory (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) shall the Authority Directory Network, its operators, contributors, or syndicate partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the directory, or your reliance on any information, trading signal, job posting, or crypto drop found within listed external groups.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued usage of our services constitutes binding acceptance of the updated terms.
